* Scale Muscle-Ups with 3 Seated box jumps, high as possible. 

CONDITIONING:

5 Rounds:
12 Kettlebell Swings (72/44)
9 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
3 Rope Climbs
* S-Rx is 1 legless rope climb per round.
