STRENGTH/SKILL:

EMOM for 10 min:
Snatch Pull + Power Snatch + Hang Snatch
* These should be light and FAST.  Olympic lifting is about the marriage of strength and speed (POWER) executed with a high level of precision (SKILL).  The only part of these three peice equation that involves your actual muscle is strength.  67% of olympic lifting happens between those ears.
