1a) 4x6 Bench Press, Climbing
1b) 4x6 Bent Over Row, Sup. Grip & Climbing

CONDITIONING:

100 Wallball Shots For Time
* Every time you break up a set, complete 5 DL at 225/155 and 10 T2B.  The wallballs must be linked in a continuous set, if you stop for any reason, off you go.  Log how many sets it takes.
