First 4 mins: Power Snatch + Hang Snatch + Snatch Balance
Second 4 mins: Hang Snatch
Final 4 mins: Full Snatch

200m Run
ME Strict Pull-Ups
200m Run
ME BW Bench Press
** One partner does an entire round while the other spots and counts reps, then you switch.  EACH partner completes three whole rounds.  Have some fun with this one, there is no time element.
