HOW DO I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD?
You can change and edit your Zen Planner profile using their awesome app. Go to your app store and search Zen Planner. Once you download the app, use your email and password you were given with your membership. Click on your profile picture to edit everything from your picture to contact information and billing info.
HOW DO I HOST AN EVENT?
If you have a great idea for a gym event or would even like to host one, please get in touch with us. We are always looking for awesome events to get our CrossFitters out of the gym and socializing!
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY?
We pride ourselves in our ability to scale for any ability level or work around any limitations. You pay for a professional coach that can accomodate you and your limitations, we love the challenge so bring it on!
CAN I BRING A FRIEND?
Absolutely! You have two options, you can bring them in with you a little early to class to meet the coach and get signed up for their free drop-in class or you can have them sign-up via the website before hand. Either way we love people sharing their passion for fitness and our awesome community with their friends!
HOW DO I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP?
We require all membership changes to be completed a minimum of 7 days before the current month ends. To do this, send us an email outlining what membership you would like to switch to and when you would like it to go active. Once you get a confirmation email you are all set.
