Our personal and tailored fundamentals program. This is our opportunity to get to know you as an athlete, and for you to get to know us. You will get coached through proper techniques in lifting, basic gymnastics, stretching, warm-up, general gym etiquette and safety.
This program is designed around your schedule. You will be contacted via email or phone to discuss your start date/time.
Group sessions are also available, contact us to schedule!
You have the option of purchasing a punch card with pre-paid classes, which you have 6 months to use. This is a great option if you travel, have a crazy schedule, or want to use CrossFit as a supplemental training tool.
* You must complete our 4-Day Fundamentals Series or Test Out before purchasing a punch card.
