Constantly varied, functional movements executed at a high intensity. We row, bike, run, jump, throw, lift, squat, press, climb ropes, flip tire, and so much more.
These movements can be scaled to any level of fitness - We're here to coach you, ensure your safety, and make sure you're having fun!

At Narrows CrossFit, our Striking and Defense class teaches effective techniques for self-protection, and then combines these movements into a workout that will increase you personal confidence, safety, and fitness. We are proud to be the only gym in the area to offer CrossFit Striking classes!
We bring our friends and family to push each other through a team or partner circuit-style workout that will have you sweating!
Spend an hour learning and practicing the two Olympic lifts - the snatch and the clean & jerk. These movements bring speed, power, co-ordination, agility, accuracy and balance to you strength training. You'll learn the basic positions and skill progressions to bring your athleticism to the next level. Space is limited, so sign-up is required for attendance.
Your opportunity to make up a missed workout, work on a lift, on your gymnastics, or a movement of your choice. There is NO assigned workout or coach on staff during this time.
