Try a free introductory class
Our coaches will take you through the class which includes a warm-up, a strength portion where you will learn proper form and technique, and conclude with the Workout of the Day.
Register for our 4-session fundamentals series
Setting you up for a success. In this Four class series, our coaches teach you the form and technique of each movement that make up our workouts. We require all of our members to complete this series to safely transition to our CrossFit classes.
These sessions are 1-on-1, we have found that this produces the best end result and prepares you for our CrossFit classes. If you would like to continue with 1-on-1 training, you can purchase a personal training package and get personal programming and coaching!

Do I need to get in shape to do CrossFit?
No! The amazing thing about CrossFit is that we scale our workouts for each fitness level. We're here to help you reach your fitness goals and make sure you're having fun doing it.
But what about injuries in the gym?
Safety and injury prevention is the top priority for our highly-trained coaches. Don't do movements you're not comfortable with, and ask us for guidance and help.
