* Do not exceed 25 Minutes & 3 fail max.  Have fun and keep yourself positive and focused.  Encourage those around you and be a cheerleader, it only takes one voice to put you in the right place to stick that PR.  Be that voice, get excited and throw some weight around today.  Whether you PR or not, today will be fun.
