Workout of the Day

Today will be open gym style from 5:30am - 10:30pm and 3:30 - 7:00.  If you are participating in the body fat test please bring a towel and a bathing suit.  If you haven't signed up yet feel free to come on in and sign-up.  You'll jump in when there's an open spot.  Don't miss this opportunity, we only do it once a year.  If you have any questions give Mike a call or text: 253-686-7253
