Workout of the Day

From today until the end of the challenge you must log at least 3 workouts a week in either a written journal or on Beyond the Whiteboard.  If you do not complete and log 3 workouts you will receive no points for that week.  

STRENGTH:

10 Minutes to work to a heavy Power Snatch
8 Minutes to work to a heavy Snatch Pull Triple
6 MInutes to work to a heavy OHS Triple
* no transition time, once you find your heavy set, continue to work at that weight until time expires.  OHS are from the rack.

30 C2B Pull-ups
30 KB Swings (1.5/1 Pood)
30 Front Squats (115/80#)
30 T2B
30 Push Press (115/80#)
30 Deadlifts (115/80#)
30 Wallballs (20/14#)
30 Burpees
30 Double-unders
