Workout of the Day

Monday is right around the corner and it will kick off our annual challenge.  If you haven't done it yet, it really does make all the difference in the world.  You work so hard in the gym it's about time you get all the rest of it in line.  It is also just a great annual base line that will be useful in determining what changes need to be made throughout the year to keep seeing progress.  Plus you'll have a huge support system because everyone will be in the same boat!  If you have any questions or concerns, hit up and coach.
