STRENGTH:

6 Sets of:
2 Front Squats + 1 Split Jerk

STRENGTH CONDITIONING:

5 Rounds For Time:
15 UB Push Press (115/75)
12 UB Back Rack Reverse Lunge (115/75)
9 UB Deadlift (115/75)
** Each round must be completed as 36 unbroken reps, rest as little as possible between rounds.  If you break up your set, immediately complete 21 burpees then resume your round.
