Workout of the Day

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the team in Seattle.  It meant a ton to see all those smiling faces in the middle of the suck!!

STRENGTH:

Clean & Jerk Doubles @ 60% - 70% - 75% - 80%, then to a heavy single for the day.  All sets are dropped from the top.  Remember, heavy does not mean MAX.
