STRENGTH:

Every 1:20 for 7 sets:
1 x Clean & Jerk
* Start at 60% and work up by 5% each set.  Should end at 90%

Then, 

Using the same 1:20 clock for 7 sets:
2 x Back Squats
* Start at 60% and work up by 5% each set.  Should end at 90%

CONDITIONING:

EMOM x 12:
Odd: 6 T2B + 6 OHS (95/65)
Even: 6 T2B + 6 Thrusters (95/65)
