Workout of the Day

STRENGTH:

Complete 5 Backsquats every 2 Minutes for 10 Minutes (5 rounds).  Goal is to climb every set.  Starting weight is 65% of 1RM.

TEAM CONDITIONING:

2 Person Team, 
20 Minute AMRAP:
14 Thrusters (65/45)
12/9 Cal Row
10 Pull-ups
* One partner completes an entire round before switching, pull-ups and thrusters MUST be unbroken, scale as needed to accomplish this.
