First, we are starting a new open gym on Thursday mornings from 9:30 - 11:00 am, come on in and get after those weaknesses!

60 Wallball Shots (20/14)
40 KB Snatch (53/35)
20 GHD Sit-Ups
10 Bar Muscle-Ups
* KB snatch must be done in sets of 5, alternating each set.
