Workout of the Day

Coach Vig made it in this morning. He will be here all morning. If you are able to make it, please come on down! Today will be a bit more "open gym" style. Come in when you can, warm up and then hit the workout! Gym closes at 10:30 AM still.  Be safe if you are driving around out there.   

STRENGTH:

12 Minutes to work up to a heavy Snatch single
* Then:
1 @ 80%, 1 @ 90% of HS
* Then:
4 x 2 Snatch Pull @ 105% of HS

Full Snatch (95/65)
CTB Pull-Ups
