Workout of the Day

I want to give a big shout out to all the ladies that competed this last weekend.  For 4 of them it was their very first competition.  It takes a lot of courage to lay it all on the line for a day with hundreds of people watching and your team mates counting on you.  It makes a coach so proud to see their athletes hanging it on the line and showcasing all their hard work.  Let this be an example for those that never thought they would be able to do something like this, I promise you can.  Talk to a coach about competing and we'll give you some goals and get you signed up for your first!  Nice job ladies, such an inspiration.
