Workout of the Day

Individuals around the world are preparing for a celebration of community and a test of fitness. It's an opportunity to set goals, make a commitment and suffer through the process of progress in the company of many friends. From Fittest on Earth to first-timer, we all start together. 

GYMNASTICS/SKILL:

Spend 10 Minutes working handstand progressions
* This can be static holds with partners, HS Push-Up work, HS walks, whatever level you are at.  Spend some time focusing on that skill.

Minute 2 - 6 Power Cleans (155/105)
Minute 3 - 40 Double Unders
Minute 4 - 12 Toes-2-Bar
