Workout of the Day

We've been hard at work trying to implement all the great suggestions you guys provided in our member survey.  One of them was to give you, our members, better access to information regarding membership options, clothing availability and others.  To better serve you, we created a new page called "Member Resources" in our "Community" Tab.  Check it out and let us know what you think!


CONDITIONING:

EMOM x 16 (4 Rounds):
Minute 1: 7 Wallballs (20/14) + 7 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
Minute 2: 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
Minute 3: 7 Power Snatches (95/65) + 7 Overhead Squats (95/65)
Minute 4: 15/12 Calorie Row

* For some extra spice, replace the C2B with 3 Bar muscle-ups.  Today is all about movement efficiency, keeps reps smooth, let speed be a by-product of good movement.
