Workout of the Day

Now that the open is coming to a close we are restructuring our specialty classes after the feedback we received from you.  We will be holding one Olympic Weightlifting class on Thursdays from 9:30 - 10:30am and a new Gymnastics class on Saturdays from 8:00 - 9:00.  As always, let us know if you have any questions.  

We also want to spotlight our 30-Minute skill sessions.  These sessions are a great opportunity to get some one-on-one coaching on anything you want to brush up on.  We will give you targeted homework to take with you and work on.  Let us help you check off those goals.  We will be adding all of our coaches schedules over the coming weeks for you to choose from.

STRENGTH:

EMOM x 12 (6 Rounds)
Minute 1 - Power Clean + Push Jerk
Minute 2 - Full Clean + Split Jerk
* You can only change weights after both minutes have been completed.  Climb to Moderate weight.

MIDLINE:

Team of 3:
Partner 1 - Sit-Ups
Partner 2 - Heavy Bag Hold
Partner 3 - Rest
* Accumulate 250 Sit-Ups.  You must switch when partner drops the bag or after 20 Sit-ups have been completed.
