12 Box Jump Overs (30"/24")
100m Farmers Carry (2 x 72/44)
100m Sled Drag
4 Rope Climbs (15’)

* Rest 2:00 between sets, Time is not super critical here, go heavy on the walks and drags but you should be able to go unbroken. Work on being super efficient on your rope climbs. If you are very proficient with rope climbs (note: proficient at the skill and being fast are not the same thing), attempt a few each round legless.
